Like many municipalities, the Town of Danville was finding it difficult to find qualified, licensed professionals to fill their full time staff positions.
Answering the town's RFQ for ongoing, outsourced engineering needs, Milani & Associates was chosen because of the established and long standing rapport the firm has had with the town's engineering and planning departments. Because Milani has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to deliver required services on time, on quality and on budget, "Milani had the right stuff" -- as the selection committee put it. Since 2001, Milani & Associates has been providing the following integrated services to the Town of Danville:
- Review of development plan applications, including preparation of conditions of approval
- Review of building permit applications
- Review of subdivision improvement drawings consisting of grading plans, improvement plans and final maps
- Preparation of legal descriptions and varying consulting civil engineering services as might be needed
- Preparation of engineer's opinion of probable improvement costs for various road widening projects
Services are performed as required either at the offices of the Town of Danville or at Milani's office in Concord.
