As an additional service to our clients, Milani & Associates provides Construction Management Services for offsite utilities and roadway improvements related to residential subdivision and office/commercial developments.
In today's market place many of our clients are finding it increasingly more and more difficult to find seasoned construction managers who can effectively represent the interests of the developer, with both the City/County inspectors and the client's own sub-contractors. And because project success is generally tied to the timely completion of all necessary offsite improvements, Milani offers its clients, construction management services that include:
- Preparation of bid documents and specifications
- Bid advertising, notification and bidding
- Assistance in contractor selection
- On-site construction management services -- daily, weekly or monthly including coordination and scheduling of all sub-contractor work
- Project status reporting
- Coordination of onsite improvement with respect to project Conditions of Approval
- Coordination of design consultant team members, i.e. Civil, Landscape, Joint Trench, etc.
- Billing and accounts payable assistance
- Preparation of project development schedules utilizing Microsoft Project

- Implementation of project SWPPP and on-site safety management plan
