Our Landscape group can assist Municipal Agencies in the preparation of Park Master plan development, trails and park revitalization programs.

The Milani Landscape Design Team takes the lead in coordinating both wet and dry utilities required as part of Landscape improvements. This means Milani & Associates will coordinate directly with the design Civil Engineer related to sewer, storm drain and water service laterals serving proposed public bathroom facilities and with PG&E relative to electroliers, pathway lighting and irrigation controllers.

As part of a “full service” engineering firm, the Landscape Design Team at Milani & Associates takes a practical approach to the layout of flatwork, landscape amenities, selection of plant and tree type with a specific eye to aesthetics balanced by cost considerations and water conservation requirements.
