	Jay Sheen DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS Tracy Mr. Sheen is responsible for overall management of various Surveying and Engineering projects. This includes project coordination, design guidelines and oversight of staff. With over twelve years of experience in the fields of Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Construction in both the U.S. and Canada, Mr. Sheen has worked closely with numerous public agencies and various clients. Mr. Sheen's ability to build strong relationships enables him to work closely with all project participants in a wide range of projects—always with the client goals in the forefront. Mr. Sheen has advanced understanding of the construction environment and can easily identify potential construction constraints. His extensive experience allows him to recommend cost saving alternatives and execute in-field design changes. Mr. Sheen also spearheads the land planning component of the Milani team. He maintains the lead on all land planning efforts, growth management applications and entitlement applications. Mr. Sheen earned his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Registration & Licenses: Engineer in Training - California (126513)



	Recent Projects under Mr. Sheen's Direction S&S Farms, Brentwood, CA. Mr. Sheen was responsible for overseeing this two-part design project consisting of backbone infrastructure improvements and the development of a 4-phase, 311 lot housing subdivision. Bluerock Business Center, Antioch, CA. Mr. Sheen was the Project Manager and lead planner on the development of this six building Business Park consisting of approximately 115,000 square feet of Office/Commercial space and a 88 lot master planned medium density courtyard development, the first small lot entitlement granted in the City of Antioch. Jersey Island Levee Improvement, Oakley, CA Jersey Island consists of approximately 3200 acres and 16 miles of levee improvements owned and operated by the Ironhouse Sanitary District. Mr. Sheen is leading the Milani team currently completing the second phase of a levee widening program funded by the Department of Water Resources. Ironhouse Sanitary District, Oakley CA Providing engineering support and plan checking services on an as needed basis, Mr. Sheen works closely with the District Manager to anticipate future demand, and provide specific strategic planning to assist the District in providing timely, quality and cost effective service to its customers. Mercy Housing, Brentwood, CA Mr. Sheen was instrumental in the successful design and development of this affordable apartment housing project.
