Ken Alcock
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Mr. Alcock has more than nineteen years experience in providing consulting Land Surveying services. As Project Manager and Department Manager, he is responsible for overall management of the Surveying and Mapping Department and on major projects he is involved in mission planning and quality control.

Working closely with numerous public agencies, Mr. Alcock has developed strong relationships enabling him to work closely with agency staff to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the agency's expectations. His respected approach aids greatly in consistently and successfully accomplishing client goals.

Possessing a broad range of experience including seven years as a Survey Party Chief, and an extensive background with Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and complex Right-of-Way projects, Mr. Alcock obtained his credentials from the Land Surveying-College of San Francisco and Land Surveying Evergreen College of San Jose and holds the following professional accreditations:

City of San Leandro, CA.
Mr. Alcock acts as the Project Manager working with the City of San Leandro in providing the City with Topographic Surveys, Legal Descriptions for Lot Line Adjustments and New Utility Easements, Construction Staking and the development of Parcel Maps and Record of Surveys. Mr. Alcock has been providing survey services to the City of San Leandro for four years.

Town of Danville, CA.
Mr. Alcock assists Mr. Milani in providing on-call surveying and mapping services to the Town of Danville, and is the Project Manager responsible for plan checking Final and Subdivision Maps, Grading Plans and Improvement Plans. Mr. Alcock is also responsible for preparation and plan check of legal descriptions.

City of Alameda, CA.
Mr. Alcock is the Project Manager responsible for working with the City of Alameda in providing the City with Topographic Surveys, Legal Descriptions for Lot Line Adjustments and New Utility Easements, Construction Staking and the development of Parcel Maps and Record of Surveys.

Mimi's Cafe, Concord CA
Strategically located in an area that is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Concord," this project was under close observation by city officials, as the project involved the redevelopment of a portion of the Park & Shop development. Mr. Alcock utilized his experience and relationship with the City of Concord planning and engineering staff, to guide the client towards a successful project, completed on time and on budget.

Norris Canyon Estates, San Ramon, CA
Mr. Alcock was responsible for the design of remedial grading design for Tract 7996 together with public trail improvements through the private common area open space parcels within Toll Brothers, Norris Canyon Estates Project.
