As founder and principal, Mike Milani is responsible for overall leadership of the firm, including the most crucial task of defining design guidelines & quality control. On major projects, Mike is involved in mission planning and formulation of design criteria.
Dual licensed as a civil engineer and land surveyor, Mike has an excellent understanding of the construction environment and is an expert at addressing critical surveying, right-of-way issues and design constraints at the mission planning stage. As a result, projects consistently progress in an orderly fashion, meet critical milestone dates and adhere to previously targeted budget parameters- core principals of the company overall.
Mike’s extensive experience in working with both public agencies and private developers, has allowed him to achieve a comprehensive understanding of physical constraints as well as evolving and often controversial legislative and safety issues. It is for this reason, as well as the successful ongoing relationships and rapport with public agencies, that he is sought out time and again to devise unique solutions to incorporating public facilities into existing development and habitat-sensitive areas.
